Are your clients always ready and willing to work with you? With each other? Do you deal with conflict with your Business Owners? Eliciting Requirements from Business Owners who don’t work well together or don’t want to work with you is difficult at best. Projects can be sabotaged easily, on purpose or by default, by a Business Owner who feels left out, ignored, unheard, or won’t set a direction for the project. Business Analysts may not be assigned the role of team builder, but if you can’t develop cohesive and collaborative clients, how successful can you be?
