Presentation Details
Ever wonder how you could naturally and easily elicit requirements, while ensuring you don’t miss any and experts can agree on them as you go? Does it come down to knowing just the right questions to ask? How would you instead like to learn the power of 3 simple words – that even applies in Agile – to get at the answers naturally?

Once you finally get the experts to reveal their requirements, do you ever wish you had a place to park all those details for later access?

During the presentation, attendees will learn:

1. How to discover requirement gaps, organically and completely, and have a repository for them.

2. How to get all stakeholders on the same page, visually, and with various tools.

3. How this applies to waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies.

About Jared Wiese
Jared has a Management Computer Systems (MIS) degree from UW-Whitewater. He progressed from programmer to systems analyst to business analyst, always having a keen eye on what works for the customer. He has been a technical BA for 15 years, and has a knack for jumping in and figuring things out – whether it is documenting for business or developers, testing the limits of a new solution, showing value, or typical BA requirements elicitation. Ask him what it takes “In order to” make a great BA!
