Agile approaches to projects are intended to provide value early and consistently. Learn how to leverage Agile to ensure value realization and discuss some examples of how this works to provide value on multiple levels.

About the Speaker

Shawn is Vice President - Product Development for CloudCraze Software LLC. In this role he is responsible for development and delivery of the CloudCraze product, the first and only enterprise omni-channel commerce product delivered natively on Salesforce's Force.com platform as an extension of their CRM capabilities. Shawn previously led Pro Svc for CloudCraze.

Prior to CloudCraze, Shawn led the e-commerce practice for EDL Consulting, and led software development and ERP programs at large food/beverage and biotech firms as well as IT PMOs and PM Communities of Practice. Shawn was VP of sales/marketing with Discover Color, and was senior manager with J. J. Keller & Associates where he led Custom Solutions, and led and contributed to various new product development initiatives.

Shawn speaks and teaches on Agile and traditional project management topics for universities, PMI, and professional organizations, and consults with businesses and organizations interested in improving their project management practices and results.
