Presentation Details

Are there stakeholders that you've been told are off limits? Has your team missed requirements because an important stakeholder was overlooked? Have you ever had a project sponsor tell you what stakeholders are 'available' to you? Do you have stakeholders that you invite to participate, but they seldom, if ever, attend? Are you tired of the time-wasting, 'all-team' meetings?

If you've answered, "yes" to these questions, then this presentation is for you. In the requirements development process, stakeholder profiling is a technique used to identify the right people, as well as a valuable planning tool for managing when and how much you engage each stakeholder.

- Manage and optimize the resources you have.
- Eliminate wasted time in 'all-team' meetings.
- Increase stakeholder buy-in and commitment to the requirements.
